What would you say to someone thinking about starting CrossFit at Spero?

Don’t wait to get started, I was apprehensive at first, but scale until you are comfortable with the movements.  Spero is a very supportive environment to get started.

Anything else you would like to share with the Spero family?

Thank you to Justin and all the Coaches for your help and support over the years, look forward to many more.
